LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, CONTROLANT

I manage the back end of our Learning Management System and make sure it's seamlessly integrated with our Human Resources Information System. I work closely with the L&D team, Quality department, internal instructors, and other stakeholders to facilitate live and recorded learning through the LMS. I also keep track of employee enrolment and attendance, and update the compliance training on the LMS based on our Training Matrix.

MONITOR AND RESPONSE SPECIALIST, CONTROLANT

I worked in the first line of defense when it comes to detecting and responding to any issues that arise, and I worked closely with our team to resolve them quickly. Whether it's monitoring data streams or troubleshooting technical problems, I was always on the lookout for ways to improve our systems and keep things running like a well-oiled machine. It's a fast-paced job, but I loved the thrill of staying on top of things and making sure our team is always one step ahead.

I was responsible for shaping our social media presence and crafting our strategy for growth. It was a big challenge, but I loved thinking outside the box and working both independently and with my teammates to make it happen. It was an incredible experience, and I'm proud of all that we accomplished together.
